Many people view Ghosn “as one of the saviors of the auto industry” and the accusations against him are upsetting, according to Tim Hubbard, assistant professor of management the University of Notre Dame’s Mendoza College of Business. “When news like this happens where it’s a personal issue at a company, it’s very disappointing,” he said.
