Huntington Ingalls Industries Appoints Beci Brenton as Corporate Director of Public Affairs

Huntington Ingalls Industries announced today the
appointment of Rebecca E. “Beci” Brenton to the position of corporate director
of public affairs.

Brenton, who works in HII’s Washington, D.C., office, is responsible for the
planning and development of public affairs campaigns in support of the company’s
new and existing programs and works in concert with HII’s Government and
Customer Relations team to support external initiatives. She serves as chief
spokesperson for HII and directs all public affairs activities for the
corporation, to include the company’s Newport News Shipbuilding and Ingalls
Shipbuilding divisions. Brenton reports to Jerri Fuller Dickseski, corporate
vice president of communications.
