Kiel joins Indianapolis brokerage firm

Blair Kiel has joined Indianapolis-based real estate services firm Resource Commercial Real Estate LLC as a senior vice president, Industrial Advisory Services.

Kiel, a former professional football player, is returning to the commercial real estate industry after a fiveyear hiatus spent as CEO for Legendary Sports and a sales coach for Caskey Achievement Strategies.

Prior to that, Kiel served as a partner with Summit Realty Group, where he represented clients including Dermody Properties, Covington Capital, Millman USA, Otis Elevator, Mayflower, Arvin and the State of Indiana.

He is a graduate of the University of Notre Dame.

Smith, II. “Blair will focus on tenant/buyer representation; landlord advisory services; multi-market corporate real estate services; project management; consulting/advisory services; incentives procurement and build-to-suit services.”
