NH-based Vette Corp adds Maine resident and former Fairchild CFO to management team

Manchester, NH – July 26, 2006, – Vette Corp, a global provider of thermal management solutions, adds vice president and chief financial officer Matt Towse (of Scarborough, Maine) to its management team. Mr. Towse joins Vette from Fairchild Semiconductor International, where he was CFO of the $1.6 billion company with an international finance organization of 160 people. “Matt is a great asset to our management team as he adds to our experience in mergers and acquisitions, as well as ensures that our needs for financing and cash management services are identified and met, and assesses and enforces treasury controls,” said George Dannecker, Vette Corp CEO and president.
Mr. Towse has served in management positions of increasing responsibility — from an audit manager to CFO of a Fortune 1000 company — in positions with Ernst & Young, National Semiconductor, and Fairchild Semiconductor. He earned a Bachelor of Business Administration from the University of Notre Dame; Notre Dame, Indiana.
