Wiethoff VP global business development at IBF

IBF one of the world’s leading plate and film manufacturers has appointed Jack Wiethoff Vice President Global Business Development.

Mr. Wiethoff is a seasoned industry executive with over 26 years of experience in the graphic arts industry. In assuming this new assignment at IBF, Mr.Wiethoff will be responsible for expanding the company’s business opportunities in North America, Europe and Asia working directly with the company’s distributor and reseller organizations. In addition, he will play a key role in planning IBF’s global market strategy and new product development initiatives.

His previous assignments with Kodak and Kodak Polychrome Graphics included both US and European high level strategic managerial positions. Mr. Wiethoff was most recently the Global Leader Digital Plates for the Eastman Kodak Graphic Communications Group. Prior to this position he was Vice President Plate Business for Kodak Polychrome Graphics.

From 1999 to 2002 Wiethoff served as managing director of the Kodak Polychrome UK Region. Prior to the UK assignment he held the position of Strategic Business Unit Manager for Kodak Polychrome’s Nordic Region.

Mr. Wiethoff’s international business experience included a total of 9 years working in the UK, The Netherlands and Nordic countries of Sweden, Finland, Norway, Denmark and Iceland. His responsibilities were far ranging including revenue and profit growth, operational, sales, and plate and film product marketing.

A graduate of the University of Notre Dame, Jack earned a post graduate degree from Adelphi University Garden City, NY. In addition, he received an Advanced Professional Sales and Marketing Management degree from New York University’s Graduate Business School.
