Former Subway spokesman Jared Fogle is not under arrest and has not been charged, but he is now embroiled in an FBI investigation into child porn that sources say could link back to one of his former employees.

What’s next is continued distance between Subway and Jared Fogle. Experts say the company is likely to recover, but you may not see Fogle posing with a sub in his hand ever again.

Business reputation expert, Professor James O’Rourke, says Fogle is one name in a long list whom companies have cut ties with after controversy. “I would be shocked if Jared Fogle ever appears in another Subway ad,” said James O’Rourke, Professor of Management at Notre Dame’s Mendoza College of Business.
