On her first visit to the United States, Enitan Kuku is hard at work planning how to launch a global business back home in Nigeria.
Kuku, 26, is among 25 young adults from 17 African nations who are spending the summer living and studying at the University of Notre Dame. It’s a six-week program focusing on business and entrepreneurship, part of the federal government’s Young African Leaders Initiative.
Participants take classes taught by Notre Dame business faculty, visit businesses and nonprofits in the community, and participate in community service work.
