Leadership Webinar with Pete DeLisle

Location: Online

The single most important role of the leader is to ensure that the task is accomplished. However, the organization has to have the resiliency to accomplish the task more than once. Therefore, the understanding of the critical importance of human factors (relationship behaviors) that enable this capability is a question of balance. This 30-minute, free webinar will address this issue as a start of a more extensive conversation on leader effectiveness.
