Hether Graham

Hether Graham is a dedicated Faculty Affairs Specialist at the University of Notre Dame’s Mendoza College of Business, bringing over four years of specialized higher education administration experience. In her role, Hether collaborates with the Provost’s Office, the Senior Associate Dean of Faculty and Research, and academic departments to oversee the complete faculty lifecycle—from recruitment and hiring to reappointment, promotion, and tenure. She assists leadership with faculty administrative assignments, manages part-time faculty contracts, and partners with the Mendoza Finance Team to handle compensation for both full-time and part-time faculty.

Prior to taking time off to raise twin daughters, Hether built a diverse career in information technology, serving as a programmer for FedEx, a database administrator for McGraw-Hill, and a premium support account representative at Oracle Corporation.

Outside the office, Hether loves hiking and traveling with her husband (especially in Colorado!) as well as spending quality time with their grown twin daughters and extended family.
