Christopher S. Armstrong, Stanford Graduate School of Business

Christopher S. Armstrong, The Joan E. Horngren Professor of Accounting at Stanford Business School, will deliver a talk on his research as part of the Eugene B. Clark Research Seminar Series. His research interests include Corporate Governance, Incentives and Compensation, and Contracting. He was previously the EY Professor of Accounting at the Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania. He is on the editorial board of the Journal of Accounting and Economics and is an editor of The Accounting Review. He holds a BS from the University of Virginia, MPA from the University of Texas at Austin, and PhD from Stanford University.
