Designed for Non-Accounting Majors
Our Accounting Immersion Program (AIP) is an additional twelve-credit hour program designed for students who have a strong quantitative background and skill set and are interested in earning a Master of Science in Accountancy from one of the top MSA/MAcc programs in the country.
If you are a finance, statistics, actuarial sciences, IT/information systems, analytics, economics, international business, or math major and are interested in putting those skills to work in public accounting, audit, corporate finance, or tax for financial institutions, business enterprises, and governmental agencies, then this is the program for you.
8-Week Summer Immersion
Over the course of eight weeks in the summer, you’ll take intermediate accounting I and II, audit & assurance services, and federal taxation. In the end, you’ll continue on with the No. 4 ranked Master of Science in Accountancy program and be on your way to an elevated career path.

Our Career Development team, along with your personal career coach, is dedicated to helping you develop and execute your career plan. Your coach will start working with you before you even arrive on campus and will be by your side until you achieve your desired outcome.
