What You’ll Learn: MSF Course of Study

The MSF curriculum emphasizes strategic thinking and the broader view of business problems. Within a cohort structure, you learn in lockstep with your classmates. You’ll progress through concepts together and build upon each other’s strengths as you dive deeper into course content.

Your coursework begins with a deep understanding of Financial Statement Analysis and a grounding in Corporate Finance – great for students both new and experienced. You then proceed into Investment Theory, Financial Statement Forecasting, and Equity Valuation coursework. More complex courses in Derivatives, Fixed Income and Behavioral Finance provide in-depth coverage of rich financial topics.

Your MSF experience culminates with a Mergers & Acquisition capstone integration of financial strategy in a project-based setting. Whether you enter the program with previous financial experience or a fresh quantitative appetite, you’ll learn to create value for any organization by more thoughtfully maximizing return on investment.
