CCA appoints new product line manager for ELIM-NOx SCR product

Former International Truck & Engine Executive Tapped for Key Leadership Role

MONROE , CT -- (MARKET WIRE) -- August 03, 2006 -- Ewire -- Combustion Components Associates, a leading provider of environmental technologies for mobile diesel trucks and engines, has appointed Peter Reba to lead the ELIM-NOx SCR system product line for retrofit applications.

Making the announcement, R. Gifford Broderick, President, CCA said, "Peter brings an unparalled level of technical leadership and more than 25 years experience in all aspects of engineering, design and commercialization of after-treatment technologies for mobile on-road and off-road diesel engines and trucks. His expertise will be of tremendous value at this critical stage of the commercial development of our product line and will be instrumental in moving our SCR technology forward. Peter will be focused on the retrofit market and will assist the team for the 2010 OEM markets. Most recently, Mr. Reba was with International Truck and Engine Corporation in Melrose Park, IL. In his role as Director, Aftermarket Emissions, he was responsible for managing the Green Diesel Retrofit Program. Previous assignments in Mr. Reba's 15 year career at International Truck & Engine included a variety of leadership roles in Engine Service Parts and Procurement. Mr. Reba started his career in the steel manufacturing industry with a stint at LTV Steel and AK Steel Corporation. Mr. Reba has a Bachelor of Science degree from Purdue University and an MBA from University of Notre Dame, IL. He is a member of the California Air Resources Board Advisory Committee, Federal Environmental Protection Agency Advisory Committee and the Engine Manufacturers Advisory Committee.
