AC Lordi and Peopleflex Accounting Professionals, the fastest-growing providers of consulting, search and staffing services for the accounting and finance industry, announced today that John Rapchinski has been elevated to chief executive officer. Previously chief operating officer, Rapchinski replaces Rob Wilson, who will remain an investor in the combined companies.

“Under Rob’s leadership, AC Lordi and Peopleflex completed ambitious goals, including securing $25 million in financing and expanding our reach from the Greater Philadelphia area into California and Texas,” said Rapchinski. “I look forward to continuing the considerable progress we’ve made in transforming into one of the premiere professional services providers in the United States.”

Rapchinski assumes executive management of both companies’ complementary businesses in addition to supervising day-to-day operations in the Philadelphia region. Frank Lordi continues to lead AC Lordi’s national consulting practice and Doug Hall oversees Peopleflex’s search and staffing services.

A former manager with Price Waterhouse, Rapchinski founded Peopleflex in 2001 and rapidly transformed the company into one of the Philadelphia area’s leading search and staffing firms for accounting professionals. He was instrumental in merging Peopleflex with Lordi Consulting in 2002 and positioning the company for national expansion. He is a graduate of the University of Notre Dame.
