  • Biography

Thomas Ayers is an Adjunct Assistant Teaching Professor with over 36 years in public accounting practice with Deloitte. While at Deloitte, Tom worked as a New York based audit, assurance and advisory Partner and a firm-designated mutual fund, investment fund and investment advisor specialist serving many of Deloitte’s most significant mutual fund, private equity fund and hedge fund complexes of Deloitte’s Northeast region. Tom also served in a technical review capacity as a quality control partner and the Deputy National Audit Partner for Deloitte’s Investment Fund practice. From an industry perspective, Tom served as a marketplace leader for the Investment Management Practice in the Northeast Region and he has served as frequent speaker and/or moderator at many investment management related seminars.

Tom and his wife Chris have four children (three of whom are “Domers”).
