Agnes Andor is a Postdoctoral Researcher at the University of Notre Dame’s Mendoza College of Business. She received her Ph.D. in Management from Bocconi University in 2019. The primary focus of her research is on the unanticipated causes and consequences of unethical behavior. Her work sheds light on why individuals may choose to engage in unethical acts, despite their best intentions to behave to the contrary. Prior to embarking on her academic career, she spent six years as a financial analyst in a variety of organizations spanning both the private and public sectors.
