Alexandra (Alecia) Scott
- Biography
Alexandra (Alecia) Scott is a Mendoza Management Ph.D. student in the Organizational Behavior subgroup. She holds a B.S. in Neuroscience with a minor in Management and Organizational Leadership from the College of William and Mary, where she also spent three years working in a neuroscience research lab. After her undergraduate studies, she worked as a research assistant, delving into organizational behavior topics while also leading volunteer efforts for an international nonprofit organization's Washington, D.C. chapter. Her neuroscience research and non-profit work experiences fueled her curiosity about the influences of interpersonal interactions and individual differences in organizations. Alecia’s current research interests include interpersonal emotions, leadership, gender differences, and personality.
