Biography

Charlotte Shahlaei is a Postdoctoral Research Associate with the Notre Dame-IBM Tech Ethics Lab. She completed her PhD in Informatics at University West, and attained a M.S. in Communication Sciences from University of Gothenburg, Sweden. She specializes in industrial ethnography and her primary research areas include strategic implications of data and AI regulations for technology management, and the ROI of anticipatory governance investments.
