Chengcheng Zhai is an Assistant Professor of IT, Analytics, and Operations. She completed her Ph.D. in Operations Management and Decision Sciences at the Kelley School of Business, Indiana University Bloomington. She also holds a B.A. in Mathematics from Franklin and Marshall College. Her primary research areas are in humanitarian operations, with a special interest in development programs. She has studied multiple issues related to improving drinking water access in rural areas of sub-Saharan Africa.
