Claudia Torres

Claudia Torres is an Organizational Behavior Ph.D. student in the Ph.D. in Management program. She graduated from the University of Notre Dame with a B.A. in Neuroscience and Behavior and an M.S. in Management. Afterwards, Claudia worked for Huron Consulting Group within their Healthcare division, where she further developed her interest in the psychology of the workplace by working with different clients and organizations. Now at Notre Dame once more, Claudia’s current research interests include resiliency and adaptability, trust, and interpersonal emotions.
