Dana Bement is an Assistant Professor of Management & Organization. She earned her Ph.D. in Management at Texas A&M University. Dana's primary research interests include corporate governance and strategic leadership, with an emphasis on boards of directors top executives. She investigates the dynamics of interactions within these contexts, and how decisions of organizational leaders are impacted by their environments. Her research employs a variety of methodological approaches such as text analysis, network modeling, and theory building. At Notre Dame, she currently teaches business strategy at the undergraduate level.
