Liz joined Mendoza in January of 2018 as the team’s first Staff Assistant when the Graduate Business Career Development team moved into the Duncan Student Center. Over the next few years Liz played a part in growing the responsibilities of the newly created position into the well defined job of supporting an 11-person staff that it is now. In addition to assisting the team, Liz plays important roles in the organization of the twice a year Corporate Advisory Board meetings, maintaining relationships with several MBA Alumni Fellows and organizing special events. Prior to joining her current team, Liz spent five years as the Executive Assistant at the Builders Association of Elkhart County, and 14 years as a stay-at-home mom.

Liz is a life-time community member of the Michiana area. She earned a degree in Secretarial Studies at International Business College in Ft. Wayne, IN and has taken a number of classes for personal fulfillment and professional development over the years since. She and her husband Steve have been married almost 30 years and have two sons together.
