Henrique Goncalves

Henrique Goncalves is a fourth-year PhD student in Strategy & Entrepreneurship at the University of Notre Dame's Mendoza College of Business. He received his bachelor's degree in chemical engineering from the Federal University of Rio de Janeiro and his MBA with a concentration in business analytics from the University of Notre Dame.

Prior to entering academia, Henrique spent several years in the industry, working in the oil & gas, fintech and software solutions sectors. His research interests include the effects of corporate social responsibility and political ideology on strategic decision making and the impact of top executives' strategic decisions on multiple stakeholders.
