Henrique Goncalves

Henrique Goncalves is a third-year Strategy PhD student at the University of Notre Dame's Mendoza College of Business. He received his bachelor's degree in chemical engineering from the Federal University of Rio de Janeiro and his MBA with a concentration in business analytics from the University of Notre Dame.

Prior to entering academia, he spent several years in the industry, working in the petrochemical, fintech and software solutions sectors. His current research interests include the impact of top executives' strategic decisions on stakeholders and the effects of corporate social responsibility and political ideology on strategic decision making.
