John Rooney

John Rooney is the director of Graduate Business Career Services. Rooney provides career services strategic direction and leadership for Mendoza's graduate business programs, including the MBA, MSA, MSM, MSBA and Executive Education programs. The Career Services team is dedicated to coaching students and working with top employers to connect them with Notre Dame talent.

Rooney has worked in Career Services at Notre Dame since 2008. Prior to joining Notre Dame, he worked in senior marketing roles at Georgia Pacific and Chevron. He received his BA from Hillsdale College where he was a double major in English and Political Science. He received his MBA from Notre Dame in 1995.
