Leandro Sanz

Leandro Sanz is an Assistant Professor of Finance at the University of Notre Dame’s Mendoza College of Business. His research interests include corporate finance, financial intermediation, supply chains, and intangible assets. Leandro earned a B.A. in Economics and a B.S. in Mathematics from the University of Maryland, an M.A. in Economics from the University of Texas at Austin, and a Ph.D. in Finance from The Ohio State University. Prior to his Ph.D. studies, Leandro was a Senior Quantitate Research Analyst at the Federal Reserve Bank of Richmond, where he developed and reviewed stress testing models. His research has been published in leading academic journals such as the Journal of Financial Economics, Journal of Financial and Quantitative Analysis, and The Accounting Review.
