Mia Simmons-Yi

Mia Simmons-Yi is a PhD student in Management at the University of Notre Dame's Mendoza College of Business, specializing in organizational theory, economic sociology, and competitive dynamics. Broadly, she is interested in how organizations adapt when cultural environments change. Mia received an MA in Sociology from the University of Chicago and a BBA in Organization & Management from Emory University's Goizueta Business School. Previously, she worked as a Pre-Doc Research Coordinator at the Wharton School, a Research Assistant at the Chicago Booth School of Business, and a Management Consultant at Deloitte.
