I am an Assistant Professor of Management & Organization at the University of Notre Dame's Mendoza College of Business. My research investigates when and why employees engage in dysfunctional behavior, particuarly in the domains of unethical behavior, discrimination, and impression management. In this vein, my research aims to identify the causes and potential antidotes to many challenges that employees and organizations face. To conduct my research, I use multiple methods (i.e. field studies, archival data, and lab experiments) and have partnered with a number of organizations. My research has been published in top journals such as Academy of Management Journal, Journal of Applied Psychology, and Organizational Behavior and Human Decision Processes.
I completed my Ph.D. in Management (Organizational Behavior) at The Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania and my Bachelors of Science in Psychology at Penn State.
