Victoria Lyczak

Victoria Lyczak is a first year student in Mendoza's PhD in Management (Organizational Behavior) program. She completed her undergraduate degree at the University of Notre Dame in May of 2024, where she studied Management Consulting & Theology and was a part of the Business Honors Program. Victoria hopes to research topics surrounding employee dignity and self-actualization in the workplace, focusing behavioral ethics, leadership, loyalty, humility, and gratitude.
