Victoria Lyczak

Victoria Lyczak is a student in Mendoza's PhD in Management (Organizational Behavior) program. She completed her undergraduate degree at the University of Notre Dame in 2024, where she studied Management Consulting & Theology and was a part of the Business Honors Program. Her research interests include behavioral ethics, emotions, and workplace communication.
