Walter Clements is a Teaching Professor at the University of Notre Dame, specializing in Finance for Mendoza's Undergraduate, full-time MBA, Executive MBA, and Master of Science in Finance. Walt also serves as Independent Board Director for BP Midstream Partners LP, a publicly-traded energy firm. He advises inventors in their quest to get their ideas to market. Walt has served as President of an Industry Marketing Association, has held Corporate Board positions as Managing Director and Shareholder Representative, and currently serves as an Independent Corporate Board Director.

Walt joined Mendoza in 2012 after teaching at Indiana University for 2 years. Walt has 27 years of international business experience with BP plc prior to teaching, most recently as CEO and Chairman of Aral AG, a subsidiary of BP and Germany’s market-leading fuels and convenience store company.

Walt served on Boards of two International College Preparatory Schools in Europe, and enjoys helping people develop and realize their aspirations.
