Accountancy Seminar: Clay Partridge, The Ohio State University
- This event has passed.
September 20 @ 10:30 am - 12:00 pm
Clay Partridge is an assistant professor of accounting whose research interests are in financial accounting and reporting and focused in two areas: accounting standard setting issues related to claims with characteristics of both liabilities and equity, such as EPS measurement, non-GAAP EPS reporting, and balance sheet classification of preferred stock; and the role of financial accounting standards affecting firm decision-making, for example, whether the requirement to comply with the new lease accounting standard aided firms in making investment decisions.
