O’Brien tapped as President of Resource

Tim O’Brien was named president of Resource Commercial Real Estate LLC. As president, O’Brien will be responsible for furthering the company’s position as a market leader. He is a founding member and principal of Resource and will be replacing Chris Carmen who has departed to run his firm, Carmen Commercial Real Estate Services.
O’Brien is a graduate of University of Notre Dame where he majored in marketing and business
administration. Upon graduation in 1995, he joined CB Richard Ellis where he remained for 10 years. In 2005, he and five other respected brokers came together and formed Resource Commercial Real Estate.
O’Brien specializes is tenant representation and multi-market corporate services. He brings more than 12 years of commercial brokerage experience including CCIM and SIOR designations. He is the youngest broker nationwide to earn both of these prestigious designations. Also, he has been awarded countless other awards for his outstanding achievement and professional success including 2006 Realtor of the Year by the Indiana Commercial Board of Realtors and Indy’s Best and Brightest Award by Junior Achievement and KPMG.
