Unleashing Your Leadership Potential
Developing the Next Generation of Leaders
This course starts by asking you to look inside yourself—at your beliefs, assumptions, and values—and understand how they drive your actions. During this inside-out learning process, you will begin to see situations in a new light as your perspective widens. You’ll consider the needs of a larger enterprise and understand the potential of your leadership role in that organization. And, you will leave the program with a cadre of peers ready to support your development once you return to your workplace.
Ideal candidates are individuals, managers, and directors with five plus years of professional experience who are making the transition to a leadership role. The program builds the skills and perspective required to assume a greater role within an organization. Our expert faculty members help develop students’ self-awareness to help them become effective leaders.

"Through the program I re-discovered that leadership is an interpersonal skill requiring self-awareness. It calls for creating a vision, sharing it and motivating the team. It’s not about controlling, planning and organizing; that’s managing."

"I had slowly become a chaotic person. I came back from Notre Dame more grounded and better equipped. I’m still the same analytical person I’ve always been, but I’m more aware of the impact my nonverbal communication has on people."

"Growing to the next level of leadership is important to me. The Integral Leadership model provided techniques and tools and taught me there’s no single approach that works with all types of people, all situations. Now, I can approach situations in a smarter way."
