Employer Engagement

Our Corporate Relationship team and Career Coaches have a proven track record of developing productive interactions and employment opportunities for MBA students.  We offer an array of  engagement opportunities that range from skill building to interviewing for internships and full-time jobs.  We have a strong relationships with many of the world’s top companies and our legendary alumni network offer support throughout your career development process. 

Engagement Opportunities Include: 

Recruiter Kickoff
The Kickoff is a high-energy “meet and greet” event that allows MBA students to interact with dozens of employers in an informal networking environment.

Internship Showcase
The Showcase gives students the opportunity to hear from recruiters who get stage time to promote their company and highlight available internship opportunities.

Mendoza Alumni Network Forum
These are quarterly events hosted at Notre Dame’s Chicago campus. They are focused on bringing thought leaders in areas such as finance and analytics together with alumni and current students.

Bay Area Trek
Each fall students in the MBA program visit a variety of companies in the Bay Area of California. Companies recently visited include Salesforce, Cisco, Intel, Electronic Arts, and Google.Wall Street TrekStudents interested in investment banking and corporate finance have the opportunity to travel to New York City and visit large financial institutions such as Citi, Deutsche Bank, Credit Suisse, JPMorgan, and more.

Interview Forums
The "Day in the Bay" (San Francisco, CA) and “Day by the Lake” (Chicago, IL) Interview Forums are designed to connect hiring companies with MBA talent from 11 leading MBA programs.

Industry Panels
Students can learn more about a career in Finance, Consulting, Marketing, and/or General Management from Notre Dame alumni working in each industry.

Corporate Ambassadors Program (CAP)
The CAP team is comprised of MBA students who plan and execute trips to various companies throughout the country for the purpose of building the MBA program’s profile with employers.
