Opus Real Estate Program

Opus Logo

The Mendoza College of Business offers students a suite of real estate courses at the undergraduate level as well as in the MBA program to expose students to a rigorous and practical application of real estate principles.  The program is designed, in conjunction with our core business curriculum to  prepare our students for careers in the areas of real estate investment, development and banking/capital markets.

This program is made possible through the generosity of the Opus Foundation. The Mendoza College of Business is tremendously appreciative of what this commitment has meant for our students.  The Foundation's mission of Building Community for a Better Tomorrow is closely aligned with our deeply rooted principle to use business as a force for good in the world. It is our hope and desire that our students will apply the knowledge and experiences gained through the Opus Real Estate Program to be a force for good and help build communities for a better tomorrow in their endeavors throughout the world.
