Greg Miller is president and CEO of CrossCom, a leading provider of innovative solutions and lifecycle management for point-of-sale, voice and data systems for national retailers.
Greg led CrossCom by establishing a competitive advantage in the highly price-sensitive field of retail IT help-desk, point-of-sale, voice and data system design, installation and maintenance. Greg’s thought leadership and creativity has created significant disruption in the retail industry by driving exceptional results. He built a high-performance management team and grew the company by securing capital for two acquisitions, developing key supplier relationships and forging long-lasting customer partnerships with Fortune 100 retailers.
Greg is recognized as a retail IT industry expert. Over the past 20 years, he has developed innovative process designs which enable major national retailers to deploy and effectively maintain their IT assets across the country.
As further commitment to his knowledge and understanding of business practices Greg earned a Doctorate of Philosophy (Ph.D.) degree in Business Administration from the Spears School of Business at Oklahoma State University. This educational opportunity allowed Greg to share best practices within our industry and also develop new research that will continue to have an impact on and within the technology sector.
