We offer an array of engagement opportunities ranging from skill-building to interviewing for internships and full-time jobs. We have strong relationships with many of the world’s top companies, and our legendary alumni network offers support throughout your career development process.

Engagement opportunities include the following, among others:

Full-Time Recruiter Kickoff
The Kickoff is a high-energy “meet and greet” networking event that allows MBA students to interact with dozens of employers in an informal, on-campus or virtual networking environment.

Internship Recruiter Showcase
The Showcase gives students the opportunity to learn about internship opportunities from recruiters and network with those recruiters following the round of company presentations.

Wall Street Trek
Students interested in investment banking and corporate finance have the opportunity to travel to New York City and visit large financial institutions such as Citi, Deutsche Bank, Credit Suisse, JPMorgan, and more.

Chicago Trek
Students have the opportunity to visit with some of our strongest recruiters in our core geography. Participating companies in past Treks have included PwC, EY, BCG, Bain, Accenture, LEK, Capgemini, Alix Partners, Google, Amazon, Kellanova, United Airlines, and JPMorgan Chase.

Interview Forums
Annually in spring, a virtual interview forum connects hiring companies with MBA talent from Mendoza and ten other leading MBA programs. It offers opportunities for both open full-time positions and internships.

Alumni Resume Directory
Every Spring, students can opt into a directory that is shared with 30K+ Mendoza alumni to facilitate networking conversations for Just In Time job openings.

Industry Panels
Students can learn more about a career in Finance, Consulting, Marketing, and/or General Management from Notre Dame alumni working in each industry.
