Paul Bierbusse
Partner, EY
Paul Bierbusse is Global Client Service Partner & Transformation Architect for EY’s Americas CPG & Retail and also the Americas Restaurant Sector Lead. He is a specialist in translating strategy to business capabilities and technology enablement. He previously served as EY’s Consulting Leader for the Americas Consumer Sector.

 

Mike Carlin
Board Member, AbbVie
Mike Carlin is a board member, advisor and former CIO at AbbVie. He has decades of experience in technology leadership, with expertise in change management, risk analysis, and how organizations can leverage emerging technologies such as AI.

 

Stacey Cloutier
Managing Director, Deloitte
Stacey Cloutier is Deloitte’s Managing Director for Talent. She is a specialist in global human capital management trends and how human resources can align with business leadership.

 

Cathy David
President of Merchandising, World Market
Cathy David is President of Merchandising at World Market and a graduate of Notre Dame’s class of ’85. She serves on Notre Dame’s Undergraduate Experience Advisory Council and the Hesburgh Women of Impact Executive Committee and was a Fellow in the Inspired Leadership Initiative. Cathy previously led target.com’s launch, served as President of a public company, and earned an MBA from Kellogg.

 

Nick Fehring
Controller, IBM
Nick Fehring is IBM’s Corporate Controller with decades of experience across all areas of corporate finance. He is an expert in AI enablement and organizational transformation. He previously served as IBM’s Corporate Treasurer and CFO of the Asia-Pacific Region.

 

Christina Glorioso
Senior Vice President, NBCUniversal
Christina Glorioso is the Senior Vice President of Sales Effectiveness and Head of the Center of Excellence for NBCUniversal. She is an expert in leadership assessment, communication, and training, and is a DISC Certified leader. She previously served as NBCU’s SVP of Integrated Marketing for News and Cable Entertainment.

 

Chris Gresh
Managing Director, Lincoln
Chris Gresh is a Managing Director in Lincoln’s Technology Group, where he specializes in mergers and acquisitions, particularly for private and private equity–backed businesses.

 

Joseph Heieck
Co-Founder and Managing Partner, Heiton Partners
Joseph Heieck is the Co-Founder and Managing Partner of Heiton Partners, a permanent capital holding company focused on acquiring and growing strong, cashflowing businesses while installing and developing the next generation of entrepreneurial leaders. A seasoned veteran of the Entrepreneurship Through Acquisition (“ETA”) space, Joseph completed his original search in 2014 and acquired the foundation for what became gWorks, a GovTech company serving Small Town America with a cloud-native ERP solution. As CEO, he led gWorks through nine acquisitions and organic growth, scaling the client base to 2,500 local governments across the United States. He recapitalized the business with private equity in 2022, remaining as CEO before transitioning to the role of Chairman in January 2025. Joseph has also made many investments in entrepreneurs who acquire small businesses or launch startups, while also serving as a Board Member and Advisor to several of them. Previously, Joseph served for 10 years as a U.S. Naval Intelligence Officer. With a focus in Special Warfare Intelligence, he completed tours at SEAL Team THREE (“ST-3”), Naval Special Warfare Command, and the Office of Naval Intelligence. He deployed with ST-3 to Iraq and Afghanistan. He holds a BA from the University of Notre Dame and an MBA from Harvard Business School.

 

Jim Hunt
Venture Capitalist, Lavrock Ventures
James (Jim) Hunt is a seasoned technology and investment professional focused on high-impact national security technologies. He began his career as a U.S. Government scientist before founding BDS, Incorporated (merged with BTG, Inc. and taken public in 1992). He later launched and led Ernst & Young Technologies (EYT) for eight years before its sale to Cap Gemini. Most recently, he co-founded The MITA Group, a Washington-based public affairs consultancy. A prolific angel investor for over 25 years, Jim has a portfolio of over 300 early-stage investments across cyber security, AI, and quantum computing. As a General Partner at Lavrock Ventures, he has exited over 80 investments and currently sits on numerous corporate boards. Hunt is a graduate of the University of Notre Dame and Rochester Institute of Technology and sits on the Notre Dame Engineering College Advisory Council. Additionally, Hunt is a past president of the Computing Industry Technology Association.

 

Andrew Kahl
Chief Client Officer, Tyler Technologies
Andrew Kahl is the Chief Client Officer at Tyler Technologies (NYSE: TYL) , where he leads client engagement and strategic growth initiatives. He brings extensive experience in scaling technology organizations and building customer-focused teams. Andrew was co-founder of Credant Technologies which he sold to DELL, and has over 30+ years with VC, PE and publicly traded companies.

 

Mike Keller
President, Great Elm Specialty Finance
Mike Keller is President of Great Elm Specialty Finance and a specialist in distressed investing and restructuring. He has decades of experience in investments and debt financing and previously served as a Partner with Credit Value Partner, President of Shannon Capital Management, and a founder of DMD Special Situations Fund.

 

Thomas Kenney
Senior Fellow, Harvard Kennedy School Belfer Center, CEO of Tycho.AI
Thomas Kenney is a Senior Fellow at Harvard Kennedy School’s Belfer Center, focused on entrepreneurship in the public sector. A lifelong entrepreneur, he has founded and led technology companies to exits exceeding $2B in valuation and is currently CEO of Tycho.AI, an MIT spinout advancing dual-use autonomous intelligence for unmanned systems. He previously served as Chief Data Officer and Head of AI at U.S. Special Operations Command and as a technology executive at Google. In parallel, he continues to serve in the U.S. Army Reserve and advises the ND–U.S. Competitiveness Program at the University of Notre Dame, supporting entrepreneurship and national competitiveness initiatives. He earned an MBA from Notre Dame and an MS in Computer Science and AI from Georgia Tech.

 

Mike Miller
Vice President, Google
Mike Miller is Vice President of gTech Ads and Americas Global Partners at Google. He is an expert in running and scaling sales and service operations, with deep experience in restructuring teams and operations for long-term growth.

 

John Potter
Partner, PwC
John Potter is a Partner at PwC, focused on delivering all that PwC brings to solve our client’s important problems, build trust and deliver sustained outcomes. His focus today is on his clients’ strategic business challenges and value creation, drawn from deep expertise advising corporate and private equity clients through acquisitions, divestitures, and joint ventures. He is recognized as an innovative leader who brings clarity and focus to the uncertainty of dealmaking. Beyond his client work, John is passionate about empowering others and advancing economic empowerment in his community.

 

Chad Smith
Founder and CEO, Liberty Advisor Group
Jeffrey Chad Smith (Chad) is the founder and Chief Executive Officer of Liberty Advisor Group, a management consulting firm known for helping organizations accelerate performance through strategy, technology, and data-driven transformation. With more than three decades of consulting and executive leadership experience, Smith has guided companies across industries through large-scale operational and digital change. At Liberty, Smith leads the firm’s strategic vision and growth, strengthening its reputation for delivering pragmatic solutions to complex business challenges. He is recognized for his ability to align technology, innovation, and strategy to create measurable and sustainable results for clients. Chad brings practical executive insight to students and faculty through mentorship, applied learning engagement, and thought leadership. He supports Notre Dame’s mission of developing ethical, purpose-driven business leaders by sharing real-world perspectives on organizational transformation, leadership, and enterprise strategy. Lee Wilson
Former Chairman & CEO, First Capital
Lee Wilson has aimed for ethical leadership throughout his four-decade career in consulting and financial services. He was a partner at Booz Allen and an Executive Vice President at Chase and AXA/Equitable Life. He finished his business career as Chairman and CEO of First Capital, a national non-bank lender where he built a billion-dollar Asset Based Lending business. He has wrestled with ethical issues as an executive, merger manager and leader during COVID. Lee is a summa cum laude, Phi Beta Kappa graduate of DePauw University with a B.A. in economics. He earned an M.B.A. with first year honors from Harvard Business School. Lee served for a decade as a Trustee of DePauw University where he was Chair of the Development and Alumni Relations Committee. Wilson is the author of an award-winning biography, Women’s Crusader: The Untold Story of Catharine Beecher, which was published in 2025. In 2008 he climbed Mt. Kilimanjaro. He lives with his wife Deb on Sanibel Island in Florida and spends his summers in Greenwich, CT where they raised their three children. He is a regular visitor to South Bend to spend time with family.
