NDIGI is thrilled to welcome David Jarret ’22, an investor with Global Endowment Management (GEM). GEM is a leading Outsourced Chief Investment Office (OCIO), originally formed by the leadership of the Duke Endowment. GEM’s investment philosophy is consistent with that of the leading endowments, focused on broad diversification across asset classes, with allocations to traditional asset classes as well as alternatives such as private equity, venture capital, hedge funds, and real estate, where skill in differentiated manager selection can generate alpha in less efficient markets.
David will discuss the endowment model, his day-to-day role on the team as well as the sourcing and diligence process. GEM actively recruits for internships and full-time positions as well.
