Brandon Erlacher


Biography

Brandon is the Academic Director of the Executive MBA and the MSBA in Sports Analytics. As an Associate Teaching Professor in the IT, Analytics & Operations Department (ITAO), he is dedicated to empowering executives and global leaders with the ability to harness data for strategic decision-making. His expertise lies in translating complex analytics into actionable insights that drive business innovation and competitive advantage.

Brandon has designed and taught a wide range of analytics and data-driven decision-making courses for executive, graduate, and undergraduate students, including Data Visualization, Data Storytelling, Data Analytics and Communication, Customer Engagement Analytics, and Marketing & Customer Analytics. His approach emphasizes the critical role of data in shaping executive strategy, leadership, and global business transformation.

Before joining Notre Dame, Brandon led traditional and digital media companies, overseeing data-driven strategies that optimized performance and growth. He continues to advise global media and technology companies, helping them leverage analytics for strategic innovation, operational efficiency, and predictive decision-making in an increasingly data-centric world.
