Notre Dame Executive MBA students grow the good in business by tackling real-world challenges at the intersection of business and society. You have the opportunity to immerse yourself in international business by participating in a week long project-based international immersion experience, where you’ll be connected with an international company or organization to help solve a specific business challenge. Past students have traveled to Brussels, China and Turkey to apply their first-year coursework in an international setting.

You’ll be assigned to a small-group study team of people from different industries and backgrounds when you first enter the EMBA program. The approach creates a collaborative learning environment and enables you to leverage varying skill sets for maximum success through the program.
Lead From Your Core Values
You’ll refine your creative and strategic problem-solving skills as we challenge you to think differently, reflect deeply and transform your approach to problem solving. Your journey begins with Executive Integral Leadership (EIL), a week long, high-impact program that students call “transformational.”
