Alexandra (Alecia) Scott
- Biography
Alexandra (Alecia) Scott is a Mendoza Management Ph.D. student in the Organizational Behavior subgroup. She holds a B.S. in Neuroscience with a minor in Management and Organizational Leadership from the College of William and Mary, where she also spent three years working in a neuroscience research lab. After her undergraduate studies, she worked as a research assistant, delving into organizational behavior topics while also leading volunteer efforts for an international nonprofit organization's Washington, D.C. chapter. Alecia’s current research interests include organizational citizenship behaviors, motivation, gender differences, and meaning.
