Henrique Goncalves

Henrique Goncalves is a second-year Ph.D. student in Management & Organization at the University of Notre Dame's Mendoza College of Business. His research interests are on the impact of top executives' strategic decisions on stakeholders and the effects of corporate social responsibility and political ideology on strategic decision making.

He received his bachelor's degree in chemical engineering from the Federal University of Rio de Janeiro and his MBA with a concentration in business analytics from the Mendoza College of Business at Notre Dame. Prior to entering academia, he spent several years in the industry, working in the petrochemical, fintech and software solutions sectors.
