Jefferson McClain received a B.S. in Business Management with a minor in Statistics from Brigham Young University in Provo, Utah. During his undergraduate program, he worked as a research assistant in physiology and developmental biology, religious studies, and business management. Upon graduating, Jefferson worked as a statistician at a management consulting firm, DecisionWise, in Springville, Utah. During his time at BYU and DecisionWise, Jefferson coached swim teams at the club and high school level. Jefferson’s research has been published in the Journal of Applied Psychology. He is currently engaged in research across several fields, including humility, the meaningfulness of work and life, organizational justice, and leadership.
