Mary Coghlin

Mary Coghlin is the Director of Career Coaching & Development for Mendoza Graduate Business Programs. She leads a team of Career Coaches to deliver career-related curriculum and coaching across all MBA and Specialized Masters programs.

After receiving her undergraduate degree from Mendoza in Marketing, Mary worked at Google in advertising sales and sales coaching roles, where she developed a passion for both marketing strategy as well as learning and development. Mary subsequently completed her MBA at Mendoza in Strategy and Marketing.

Following her MBA, Mary worked in Consumer Insights at McDonald’s Corporate Headquarters, supporting innovative marketing and brand research. Mary returned to Mendoza in 2021 as an Associate Director of Graduate Business Career Development, working primarily with Mendoza MBA students targeting careers in technology and general management, prior to taking on her role as Director of Career Coaching & Development in the fall of 2023.
