Christine Gramhofer is an accomplished leader in higher education administration, currently serving as the Director of Mendoza Graduate Student Life and Academic Operations at the University of Notre Dame’s Mendoza College of Business. She plays a pivotal role in aligning graduate advising, student organization management, and academic operations for MBA, Executive, and Specialized Master’s degree programs, driving strategic priorities to enhance student life and academic excellence.
Christine brings extensive experience from her previous roles, including the Director of Executive Education Student Services upon joining Notre Dame in April 2020 and the Senior Director of Academic Services at the University of Chicago Booth School of Business, where she demonstrated her ability to foster vibrant, inclusive communities that support student success for over 25+ years.
Recognized for her contributions to student services and academic support, Christine’s innovative initiatives have significantly improved student satisfaction and retention across degree programs. Her commitment to fostering an enriching student experience is underscored by her leadership in implementing comprehensive student services and forging strategic partnerships within the academic community. Her dedication has earned prestigious awards, including the University of Notre Dame Mendoza College of Business Dean’s Excellence Award for Elevation in 2024 and the Dean’s Excellence Award for Integration in 2023.
Christine holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in English Literature and Writing from Augustana College and has furthered her professional development through extensive executive education programs and certifications. She is a member of NACADA and continues to shape the landscape of higher education administration through his leadership and innovative approach to student engagement and support.
