Charles Nathanson, associate professor of Finance at the Kellogg School of Management at Northwestern University. Nathanson studies finance, real estate, urban economics, and public economics. Professor Nathanson received his Ph.D. in Economics in 2014 from Harvard University. His research interest is Asset Pricing, Behavioral Finance, Public Finance, and Real Estate, and his teaching interest is Behavioral Finance, and Real Estate.
