Before leaving, Tricia held the top sales position in 1988 for IBM software sales. Tricia has been lead in sales and marketing at Harbor House Publishing, created and ran the first ever fitness center in Charlevoix MI in the early 90’s, co-founded a very successful specialties firm, OMS engraving, all while raising two beautiful children with her late husband.
Tricia joined the Notre Dame Undergraduate Career Center team in the Fall of 1999 where she helped build that group into the highly ranked organization that it is today. Tricia managed hundreds of career oriented events on and off campus, worked with students from across the university and earned a reputation as a no-nonsense adviser who truly cares about her students. Tricia's work in the undergraduate space was highlighted in 2008 when she was in a team that developed and supported the framework for Notre Dame's Wall Street Initiative. The #1 ranking for the Mendoza College of Business for the past 5 years is a testament of her team's good work and tenacity.
In the Fall of 2012, Tricia turned her focus onto career coaching and development of the Graduate Business Programs at the Mendoza College of Business. Her network and abilities have shown to be highly successful for all programs represented, and her #4 ranking in the Financial Engineer for Master in Science in Management programs is the start of a great success story for her students.
Tricia may not be a graduate of the University of Notre Dame, but you'd never know it by her clear focus on making Notre Dame, Our Mother, the Best of the Best!
