Grow Irish Week is one of the highlights of your Mendoza education. It happens twice annually, in mid-October after Mod 1 and mid-March after Mod 3, and features immersive, off-campus learning experiences that challenge you to apply what you’ve learned in the classroom, demonstrate what you’re capable of, and create a vision for your future.

Grow personally and professionally through hands-on experiences

Grow the good in business by driving real-world impact

MID-OCTOBER

During Fall Grow Irish, MSM students put their burgeoning business knowledge into action and gain valuable professional experience through a weeklong real-world consulting project with diverse organizations in a variety of locations. Culminating with a Final Presentation to their project client, Fall Grow Irish projects challenge students to solidify their problem-solving and strategic communication skills. Leveraging the power of the Notre Dame alumni network, Fall Grow Irish also features company visits and networking events designed to hone students’ career readiness as they prepare for upcoming interviews throughout the program.

Early March

Aligned with the finance and marketing concentrations, Spring Grow Irish projects challenge MSM students to compete in teams to create the best pitch to business leaders on campus. Additionally, students will further refine their readiness to jump into their new jobs post-graduation through relevant career workshops.

This week was an excellent opportunity to get hands-on consulting experience and learn how to handle real case issues. Now, I feel more prepared and confident to enter the business field. Christian Hernandez, MSM '24
