A central component of your career development experience is our Career Leadership Course, which meets twice per week during Module 1 – your first seven weeks on campus. The course provides a strong foundation for your career development, consisting of the following phases:

You’ll connect with a career coach before you even set foot on campus. Our coaches have industry experience, coaching training and a deep commitment to understanding your personal ambitions. At Mendoza, you’ll have the opportunity to interact with corporate representatives through hundreds of on-campus touchpoints each year and plug into Notre Dame’s world-class alumni network.
Travel with fellow students to the San Francisco Bay Area to talk business with companies like Salesforce, Cisco, Intel or Google; head to Wall Street in New York City to discuss investment banking or finance with Citi, Deutsche Bank, JP Morgan, and more; or join your classmates in Chicago to explore a variety of consulting firms or mingle with top companies in the tech, marketing and financial sector including United, Amazon, Google, JP Morgan Chase & Kellogg’s.
