What You’ll Learn
The MSM is a rigorous full-time program, located on our iconic campus. You’ll join a collaborative cohort of individuals representing a diverse set of undergraduate universities and majors.

Go from Learner to Leader in 11 months
First, build a basis of business knowledge with courses in the principles of management, statistics and accounting in the summer. Then, move through courses in transformational leadership, strategic communications, and micro-economic analysis in the fall. Your year ends with a spring term that covers strategic decision-making, international management and corporate finance.

Business Problem Solving
In the Business Problem Solving course, students develop proficiency in problem identification, idea generation, data collection, and creative solution development using techniques employed by top consulting firms. Rather than a traditional lecture-based format, this course emphasizes real-world application through dynamic class discussions and client engagements. Students will work on cases provided by consulting firms, collaborating in teams to analyze challenges and present recommendations to a panel of firm representatives. This experience mirrors a corporate setting, helping students refine client-relations skills.

Real-World Application
At Mendoza, your business education is enriched through the essential element of experiential learning. During Grow Irish Week you will have the invaluable opportunity to witness the tangible impact of business decisions by engaging in consulting projects with various organizations, immersing yourself in the real-world context.
Focus Your Studies with an MSM Concentration
-
- The Finance concentration prepares you to tackle complex challenges through the real-time application of advanced Excel methodologies, supply and demand principles, and managerial economics.
- With the Marketing concentration, you’ll explore digital strategies related to marketing and its role in business today, as well as topics in automation, artificial intelligence, and sales management.
